Service Agreement

Before services commence, we will provide you with a Service Agreement that outlines:

•The specific supports we will provide

•Service schedules and delivery times

•Pricing and payment terms (NDIS rates apply)

•Cancellation and rescheduling policies

•Your rights and responsibilities

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

•More than 24 hours’ notice: No cancellation fee

•Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service fee may apply

•No-show: Full service fee applies

Pricing and Payment

Our services are charged at the NDIS Price Guide rates. We provide:

•Clear and transparent pricing

•Easy invoicing for NDIS participants

•Flexible payment options (NDIS portal, plan-managed, or self-managed)

Quality and Safeguards

We are committed to providing high-quality, safe services. All our staff undergo:

•NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

•Police Checks

•First Aid and CPR Certification

•Ongoing professional development

Complaints and Feedback

We welcome your feedback and take all complaints seriously. If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us directly. We will respond within 2 business days and work to resolve any issues promptly. You also have the right to contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at any time.
